You are welcome to make your reservation online by clicking the link at the top of the page. If you prefer, you can email bunny@berrypatchbnb.com with all available information including dates and contact numbers. Bunny will contact you via e-mail or telephone to confirm your reservation. At that time, Berry Patch B&B will request a reservation deposit. One of the following may be used to confirm your reservations: Cash, Check, MAC, Visa, MasterCard, or Traveler's Checks.

In order to ensure that your B&B experience is enjoyable, we have established the following policies:

• Cancellation Information: At the Berry Patch we aim to provide the best service to our guests. While we would like to be able to accept cancellations at any time, it's not always possible. We will gladly proces any cancellation (achnowledged by us) in a minimum of 14 days before check in date. There is a $25 fee to process any cancellation. If advanced cancellation is not prossible, we will attempt to rebook your reserved room; however if it is not rebooked -- you will be charged for the full amount of your guaranteed stay (each day reserved). If it is rebooked, you will still be charge at $25 cancellation fee. No shows/early departures will be charged full amount.

• Weekend bookings may require a two night minimum
  
• Most holiday weekends require a three night minimum
  
• Deposit of 50% of your total stay, or minimum of one night is required to secure your reservation
  
• Your credit card information is taken at the time of reservation and will follow with conformation sent by email, or you may pay by sending a deposit check
  
• Smoking: for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside. There is a designated smoking area outside
  
• Special Diets: So we can make your stay enjoyable, please explain your special dietary needs when making reservations. We will confirm your request at check-in 
  
• No Children Under the Age of 12 in the Main Lodge: If you have a child that you would like to bring under the age of 12 please contact us by phone 717-865-7219 and we can try to make special arrangements if possible.
  
• Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly bed and breakfast; we allow guests to travel with their pet in our cottage house only. Please contact us 717-865-7219 regarding pet information.
